Simple Stitch Pattern 2

This pattern is dense and elastic. It barely stretches along and across. It resembles cloth, therefore pattern one could call as fabric pattern.
In order to make this pattern need to cast on an even number of stitches.
Row 1: *knit 1, purl 1*;
Row 2 and all wrong side (even numbered): purl;
Row 3: *purl 1, knit 1*.
Then repeat the pattern from Row 1.
